How it Works:


During Business Hours

  • Call (205) 640-1756
  • Notify receptionist you would like to schedule a telehealth visit
  • Pay $25 flat fee via phone
  • Receptionist will have one of our healthcare providers call you for the telehealth visit within 1 hour of your call
  • Treatment will be provided based on information gathered during the telehealth call. Prescriptions, if needed, can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.


After Clinic Hours

  • Go to our website at www.hometownmedicine.com
  • Select "Pay Your Bill" and submit $25 flat fee payment with a note of name and number to reach you
  • One of our healthcare providers will call you within 1 hour of payment receipt
  • If you have not received a call within 1 hour, please call (205) 635-5800
  • Treatment will be provided based on information gathered during the telehealth call. Prescriptions, if needed, can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.


* If the healthcare provider is unable to treat your symptoms based on the information gathered during the telehealth visit, you will not be charged for service.
